Use of storage shed (6' X 8') included. $1200/month ($1000 security deposit). Full access to the house's kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living room, yard, patio, barbecue and pool. Utilities & wifi included (no gamers!). No pets. Smoking outside only. Month-to-month lease to start, before committing to longer... Close to the freeway, restaurants and a large strip mall which has everything you need! I'm a swm 59 and a swm 60 rents a guest room (though he's rarely home). Both laid-back & drama free, seeking another compatible roommate (male or female).
