About the room

This room is in an occupied apartment and looking to add to the lease. You will still need to go through the regular application process. Photo is of the floor plan and will be the smaller room. There is not a whole of room in Kitchen or living room for any extra furniture. The current lease ends around March/April, and may consider going to another location.
