I'm looking for a roommate in my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment at Potomac Yard in Alexandria. Move-in available February 5, 2025. Apartment specs: 973 sq. ft. Bedroom for rent 10'10" x 14'5" and is connected to a walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. 1-year lease is $1,533 per person/month. Apartment features in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Apartment complex "Notch8" has gym, lounge, patio, and small pool. Additional fees: Utilities average $50-$75/month per person (electricity, water, sewage, trash). Internet is $30/month. Parking spot in garage is $100/month. Neighborhood: Apartment sits above Giant grocery store. Adjacent to Potomac Yard Shopping Center. Only 2 blocks (250 yards) from Potomac Yard Metro station. Only 1 Metro stop to DCA. About me: I'm a 33-year-old male who lives alone. Staying busy as a flight attendant and tour guide. I am an outdoor smoker. (Smoking is not permitted at all in building.) Highly allergic to cats. I am a night person, but quiet. I keep the living room and kitchen tidy. People describe me as kind, easygoing, and respectful and I am looking for the same.
