$950 Room for rent

Hello, I have a mother in-law suite in the back of my house that has its own separate entrance...It consist of a nice size bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and small sitting area. Has a full side fridge and everything else that comes in a regular house. All utilities are included, you can pay weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. A deposit equals to one month rent is required and proof of employment and affordability. You can rent month to month or 3 months at a time to try it out, to make sure it is a good fit for us both. Property is located very close to downtown, airport, each is about 6 minutes away (Pryor rd. area). And bus runs one block away. I prefer no pets of any kind, it was built for a single person, however 2 can live comfortably (rent will be slightly higher). If you are a person that lives downtown or work DT its perfect for you, if you a person that travels a lot for work or pleasure this is a great fit for you as well because the closeness to the airport. To put it in perspective I have seen post of people renting just a room where you must share the house with 1 sometimes 2 to 3 people and they charging 600-800 and they are no where near the airport or DT. My place you do not have to share anything you get your own space to call your home with room and no sharing.
