About the room

2 bedroom mobile home my room is on one side and guest room and the other side with own bathroom. Wash and dryer in unit, utilities included + Wi-Fi. I do have a dog and cat so no animals please. 1 person no children. Month to month asking for $800 but I can go down to $750 if necessary. I do have a desk in the room right now but will be removed before move in . Will share living room and kitchen.
