I am offering a 1-bedroom with a personal bathroom, a patio, private attached storage, parking pass, and all utilities included. The location is convenient & close to the highway and major interchanges and a short drive to Downtown. Many days I’ve made it there or back in under twenty minutes. The room itself comes unfurnished (ten x twelve) with a large closet and built-in shelves. It also has direct private access to the patio, which leads to your private storage. I left the bed in the pics to help give an idea of the space (Queen sized bed on a very large base) but it will be removed unless it’s needed (we can work something out on that). The shared living spaces are furnished, there’s also a fireplace for extra comfort. It’s a sub-level unit, making moving easy. The internet is fast and unlimited (Xfinity), perfect for streaming, gaming or working without issues. I have also made space in 2 large sized cupboards so you have room to feel at home in the kitchen as well as space on the fridge and freezer. I have a small, well-trained dog, but I’d prefer not to add another. He’s very friendly and apartment sized. My college aged daughter has moving out so I’m looking for a responsible adult to move in roughly January 1st. You’ll need to be on the lease, but only a background check will be required by the complex. I’m a bartender, so I work late and keep to myself and have my personal setup in my room. Things are usually pretty quiet here. Lease goes till April but if we workout well I’m willing to resign and stay longer. Deposit in lieu utilities. **no drugs (pot outside)**
