About the room

Fifty-something professional woman looking to rent out a small bedroom in my cute, furnished, ranch house in Castle Rock, in The Meadows. $800/month includes internet and utilities and access to your private bedroom and bathroom across the hall. You’ll share the open concept kitchen/dining/living room areas with me and my 2 cats. Also provided – washer/dryer, driveway or street parking, internet, some streaming services included, some very light storage for a few boxes. The bedroom is furnished but if you want to bring your own bedroom furniture I can arrange to empty it. I am friendly and keep to myself. We can stay out of each other’s way in this small, modern home while enjoying shared expenses in a quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood! House rules: No additional pets. No smoking. No overnight guests without approval. Female preferred but will consider a male. Starting with a 3-month lease, with renewal consideration after 3 months. Background check required.
